If you are a fan of role-play video games like me, you might enjoy Dreamfall for Xbox. A lot of interesting things came from this game that unlike other games that came from its time. For a game from 2006, the graphics and story line was beyond incredible.
You start out as a girl named Zoe Castillo, a 20 year old girl from Casablanca in the year 2219, who is also in a coma. You try to have a normal life, but unfortunately your life gets turned upside down when your boyfriend Reza disappears and a girl shows up on every television screen and speaker telling you to 'Find April'. 'Find April' 'Save April' Your friends think you are finally hitting the end of your Sanity when you tell them you are hearing things and hey, if you are the only one hearing it, it must mean your crazy, right?
No.

You go on an adventure looking for Reza and to uncover what he was trying to find all the while trying to track down why this girl is showing up everywhere telling you to find a girl you know nothing about. Zoe ends up going back and forth from Stark (her world) to Arcadia (magic world) looking around everywhere for this 'April', who is, by the way, very hard to find.
You try not to find trouble, but unlucky you, it finds you. Not to worry though, because throughout the game, you do make some great friends to help you in your times of need. Among these characters, you also jump from Zoe, the 20 year old, to Kian Alvane, a 35 year old Azadi Apostle. The time with Kian is short however, which is something I was slightly disappointed in, but the rest of the story was good.
This is considered a puzzle game which to my surprise actually made me use my brain more than I usually would for a video game. It takes time and patience to get through the game. For fighting though, there is some places here and there that require it, but not much.
Graphic wise, Funcom overdid themselves on this one and the controls are very simple. The game play is long, so if you are into a game that will take some time, this is what you are looking for. Also to viewers, there may be some scenes not appropriate for children and there are some parts that might scare the pants off you! Some parts still scare me a little which makes me want to play the game over more and more.
I say that this game is a definite but for its creativity, graphics, and story line.
